Ground Up Coffee shop at Fish Market Road is an independent specialty coffee shop in Rye, serving expertly crafted coffee, local pastries and artisan bread, and a welcoming community atmosphere just moments from the town centre and on the road to Camber.
We also serve teas, hot chocolate, pastries from the award-winning Sussex Kitchen, and an array of freshly baked luxury cookies. Our weekend special is Babka from Small Batch Babka.
Our coffees are expertly made using our best local Rye Bay Coffee Beans, local dairy milk from Plurenden Dairy, and we have a selection of healthy drinks including Booyah and Kombu Heritage.both brewed in Hastings.
Whether you’re here to relax with friends, grab a great cup to go, or settle in with your laptop, you’ll find a warm welcome, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to focus.

There’s parking right opposite, we’re dog-friendly, and we’re located by Rye’s famous Skinners Roundabout on the way to Camber.
